April 10, 2008 - Building excitement- Terry Keenan: Remodeling HP Builders

Terry Keenan recalls his upbringing as being typical of many Irish Catholics in the United States. He is from a large family that had little money to spare and where a Catholic education was extremely important.

Born in Brooklyn, he was raised on Long Island and after spending 3 years in Colorado, returned to northern New Jersey for his high school years. In New Jersey, Keenan, who is president of HP Builders Inc. of West Chester, had his first experience with renovating homes.

Bryn Mawr client needed work done in set time period

WEST CHESTER - Fran Sorin was about to depart to a trip to Israel when she discovered her 25-year-old home needed internal maintenance work.

Sorin called various contractors without finding one she trusted. Some of the contractors even failed to keep appointments. She then contacted President Terry Keenan of HP Builders Inc. of West Chester.
